I have come to know Lauren Mello through a mutual friend who recommended her as someone I could trust with matters related to my home. Having been transferred out of state, I initially rented the home for a few years but ultimately made the decision to sell. Living 500 miles away, I needed someone I could trust and serve as my on-site representative. Naturally, I turned to Lauren and can honestly say that my trust in her was very well placed!

Lauren preformed a thorough market analysis and offered numerous suggestions to effectively and economically market the home. In addition, she devoted a considerable amount of her personal time to arrange for and oversee minor repairs, upgrades and staging to properly prepare and show the house. I would not have been able to manage these activities from out of state without her help!

Throughout the process, Lauren patiently answered our numerous questions and addressed our concerns. She made herself available at odd times to suit my work schedule. Her knowledge of the legal aspects of the sales transactions was invaluable and we always felt we were in very capable hands.

I would unreservedly recommend Lauren Mello to others and should I ever return to the Kingston area to live ( as I hope to!) I will again seek Lauren's help!!
